The Foundation Workshop

A small-group educational workshop to support women, like yourself, so you can navigate menopause with greater clarity and confidence.

$130 per person

Understanding your body during the menopause transition changes everything. These standalone workshops deliver practical, evidence-informed education in an intimate group setting - helping you navigate midlife with greater confidence, clarity, and control over your health.

Group Workshops

Join a small group of like-minded women in one of these workshops - covering Simply Nourish's four foundations - nutrition, strength, movement and restore to help you feel informed and better equipped to support your health through menopause and beyond.

What to expect: An approximate 2-hour session combining education, discussion, and hands-on strategies, everything you need, in one day.

  • Small groups of 3–5 women

  • Set venue and time in Christchurch

  • In person

  • Monday 22, 29 June or 6 July, 6pm, Turanga

Corporate Option

Larger workplace groups of 6–8 can attend as a private team, delivered on-site or in a private setting. Sessions are structured to keep every participant engaged and learning.
