Understanding your body during the menopause transition changes everything. The Collective Series delivers practical, evidence-informed education in an intimate group setting - helping you navigate midlife with greater confidence, clarity, and control over your health.
Delivered across three weekly sessions of 1.5–2 hours each, for groups of 3–5 women. Sessions combine education, discussion, and practical strategies so you leave feeling informed and better equipped to support your health. These group sessions can be done 'in person' or 'online' - always happy to work in with my clients.

Corporate Option
Larger workplace groups of 6–8 can attend as a private team, delivered on-site or in a private setting. Sessions are structured to keep every participant engaged and learning.
