The Foundations Workshop — two hours, Turanga Library or online, just $99

You don't have to figure this out on your own.

Are you looking for clear, trustworthy information to help you understand what's happening in your body?

The Simply Nourish Foundation Workshop is a relaxed, two-hour experience where a small group of women come together to understand menopause, ask questions, and leave with practical strategies that make sense.

If you want clarity, not just more information, then this workshop is for you!

FAQ

I've never done anything like this before, is it awkward?

Honestly, no. Everyone in the room is there for the same reason, and there's no pressure to share more than you're comfortable with.

Is this a sales pitch for other programmes?

No. This is a genuinely useful two hours on its own. If you want to go further afterwards, that's entirely up to you.

What if I want something more personal?

If you have a group of friends who'd love to do this together, I'd love to make it work for you. Bespoke workshops can be tailored to your schedule and held in your preferred area - just get in touch and lets make it work for you.

What if I live outside of the Canterbury Region?

No problem.  We can run the workshop online instead. It doesn't matter where you are, just get in touch and I'll set up a session that works for you.
