Understanding Your Body in Midlife Changes Everything

Many women move through the menopause transition without clear guidance on what is happening in their bodies or how to support themselves.  The Collective Series provides practical, evidence-informed education to help women navigate midlife with greater confidence, clarity and control over their health.

Delivered in an intimate small group of 3–5 women, this three-week series explores the key foundations that support energy, strength and wellbeing during the menopause transition. Each session combines education, discussion and practical strategies so participants leave feeling informed, empowered and better equipped to support their health.

This series is suitable for individual participants, small groups of friends, or colleagues who would like to learn together.

What The Collective Covers?

Across three weekly sessions we explore the four core foundations of midlife health that underpin the Simply Nourish approach.

  • Nourish: Understanding how nutrition supports hormonal health, metabolism and sustained energy throughout the menopause transition.
